How We Do It
Our step-by-step process
PHASE 1: PLAN DISCOVERY AND SCOPE OF PROJECT
In this meeting we get an understanding of your project. We discuss the size of home, features, location, and price point. We also show you the different house plan options.
While in this phase you will start talking to a bank lender to start the construction loan process.
PHASE 2: PLAN DESIGN
Determine house plan and building site location: Once you find a home design, we customize the plan to your exact specifications. You can move the walls, add that bar in the basement you’ve always wanted or the gourmet kitchen of your dreams. We are here to build your dream home. In this meeting, you will also select your home site location and work on the design of your home.
PHASE 3: PROJECT PRICING
Now that you have selected your building site and designed your plan. We take two weeks to price out your home. Every home that we build is unique. We don't have stock plans that matches your neighbors so it takes us a little longer to derive a price than our competitors.
PHASE 4: SIGNING OF DOCUMENTS
Signing day! We will go over all the details of your blueprint, specifications, and land. During this meeting we will dive into all the things that make your home custom to the way you live your life...from a custom build in wine bar or a rubber floor fitness room. All of these details matter to us.
PHASE 5: ONE ON ONE CONSULTATION
You will go through the selection process where you will be selecting the colors and design of your home!
PHASE 6: WALK THROUGH PROCESS
Depending on the size and detail of your home it will usually takes between 5 and 11 months to complete (we will give you a date of completion when signing). Once we have built your home we have a “Walk Through” and this is the opportunity to walk thorough your home to make sure everything is correct and up to your standards before moving in.
